These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between pb99 ("we", "us", "the platform") and any individual ("you", "the player") who accesses or uses the pb99 website, mobile interface, or any related service. Withdrawal requests on pb99 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. pb99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods not previously used on the account, or accounts in a name other than that of the registered account holder.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

Processing Times: Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 hours of the request being approved, subject to the completion of identity verification (KYC). First-time withdrawals require KYC verification before processing can begin. Subsequent withdrawals from a fully verified account are typically processed within 1 to 6 hours during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

Withdrawal Conditions: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by pb99 in the following circumstances:

• The relevant event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and not completed within the timeframe specified in the market rules.
• A technical error caused incorrect odds to be published, and the bet was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous relative to the true market price.
• The bet was placed after the outcome of the event was already known (late betting).

In the case of live casino games powered by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, or Pragmatic Play Live, game outcomes are governed by the respective provider's certified rules and are subject to independent RNG certification. pb99 does not interfere with or alter the outcome of any certified live casino game.

Maximum Winnings: pb99 reserves the right to apply maximum single-bet payout limits.
